Online access and identity verification is required to open an account. Mobile number or email address verification and mobile app are required to access the features available with your account. Once your temporary card is successfully activated, we will send you a new personalized chip-enabled card. Just follow the instructions on your new card to get started, and to unlock all features on your account.

There is no charge for adding cash onto your DolEx Visa® Debit Card at any DolEx stores. Third party locations may charge a fee for adding cash to your account.
