How can I be sure a direct deposit was posted to my account?

“To confirm your direct deposit posted to your account, check your account transaction history by logging in to the DolEx Money Transfer app.

From your account dashboard, click on “”Debit account”” to see your transaction history and any recent direct deposit activity.

You can also set up the “Direct deposit posted” notification from the app Menu or on DolEx.com and we’ll automatically notify you any time a direct deposit is received. Carrier message and data rates apply.

Note: Your payor will usually provide a payment stub or notice to let you know the amount of the payment deposited to your account. DolEx Visa® Debit Card has no additional information other than what is provided in your account.
