How do I close my account?

“To close your account, log in to the DolEx Money Transfer app and select Menu, Manage cards, and Close your account. If you still have money in your account, you have 2 options when closing your account online or through the app.

1. Spend down your balance to $0 – Use your card to make purchases in stores and online or for ATM withdrawals.
2. Get a refund check- The check will be sent to your address on file within 14 days of closing your account. You won’t have access to your funds after a check has been issued.

Your account will automatically close when your balance reaches $0.
Once you close your account, you can view your account statements and transactions history at DolEx Money Transfer app.
