As soon as DolEx Visa® Debit Card receives these deposits, we post the SSI payment on your DolEx Visa® Debit Card account, to get your money to you as soon as possible. DolEx Visa® Debit Card has no control over when we receive direct deposits from the government or any other payment providers.

To set up direct deposit for your SSI payments, please log in to your account to get your DolEx Visa® Debit Card routing and account number. Then, call Social Security at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) to request direct deposit. If you do not have a DolEx Visa® Debit Card account, you can open an account at a participating DolEx stores and set up direct deposit for early payments.”
