The name on the debit card must match the name on the DolEx Visa® Debit Cardaccount.
The debit card must be a Visa® card.
You may have mis-entered the card number, expiration date and/or security code so retry linking the card.
The debit card may be expired.
The debit card is not issued by a U.S. bank.”
