Promoción “Madres y Futbol 2026 – DolEx y Elektra”
- ELEGIBILIDAD
La promoción está abierta únicamente a residentes de los Estados Unidos mayores de 18 años que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en estos Términos y Condiciones (“Participantes Elegibles”).
No son elegibles para participar:
- Empleados de Barri Money Services, LLC
- Agentes y subagentes de DolEx
- Proveedores de servicios
- Agencias de marketing asociadas con esta promoción
- Familiares inmediatos de las personas anteriores. Se entiende por familia inmediata: cónyuge, excónyuge, pareja de hecho, hijo, hijastro (natural o adoptado) o padre.
- PERÍODO DE PROMOCIÓN
La promoción inicia a las 12:00 AM hora central (CT) el 1ro de mayo 2026 y finaliza a las 11:59 PM hora central (CT) el 31 de mayo 2026 (“Período de Promoción”). Todos los tiempos se determinarán conforme al horario oficial del corporativo de DolEx en Houston, Texas.
Las participaciones recibidas después de este período no serán aceptadas y se considerarán inválidas.
- CÓMO ENTRAR
NO ES NECESARIO REALIZAR UN ENVÍO DE DINERO PARA PARTICIPAR O GANAR.
Realizar una transacción no aumenta las probabilidades de ganar.
Existen dos (2) formas de participar en el Sorteo. LÍMITE DE UNA (1) PARTICIPACIÓN POR PERSONA, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DEL MÉTODO DE ENTRADA.
- Participación mediante una transacción de envío de dinero de DolEx
Durante el Periodo de Promoción, los participantes elegibles que realicen una transacción de envío de dinero de DolEx en una ubicación participante (una “Transacción Calificada”) recibirán automáticamente una (1) participación en el Sorteo.
El recibo de la transacción servirá como confirmación de la participación automática.
Cada Transacción Calificada debe realizarse por separado y conforme a los términos y condiciones aplicables de DolEx. No obstante, solo se contabilizará una (1) participación por persona para efectos de esta Promoción.
- Participación por correo (método gratuito de entrada)
NO ES NECESARIO REALIZAR UNA COMPRA NI UNA TRANSACCIÓN DE NINGÚN TIPO PARA PARTICIPAR O GANAR.
Los participantes también pueden participar sin realizar una Transacción Calificada enviando una participación escrita que incluya la siguiente información:
- Nombre y apellido completos
- Dirección completa
- Ciudad, estado y código postal
- Fecha de nacimiento (MM/DD/AAAA)
- Dirección de correo electrónico
- Número de teléfono de contacto durante el día, incluyendo código de área

Solo se aceptará una (1) participación por persona mediante este método.
Las participaciones enviadas por este método tendrán las mismas probabilidades de ganar que las obtenidas mediante una Transacción Calificada.
Las participaciones deberán recibirse a más tardar el 31 de mayo 2026 para ser consideradas válidas.
Las participaciones incompletas, ilegibles o inexactas, o las que no se reciban antes de la fecha límite serán consideradas inválidas.
La prueba de envío no constituye prueba de recepción. DolEx no será responsable por participaciones perdidas, retrasadas, mal dirigidas, dañadas o no recibidas.
Todo el material enviado pasará a ser propiedad de DolEx y no será devuelto.
- SORTEO AL AZAR
Un sorteo al azar para seleccionar a los ganadores se llevará a cabo el 1ro de junio del 2026 o alrededor de esa fecha, entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante el Período de Promoción, ya sea mediante transacción calificada o participación por correo.
El sorteo será realizado por DolEx Financial Services o por su representante designado, cuyas decisiones serán finales y vinculantes en todos los asuntos relacionados con esta Promoción.
Este es un sorteo aleatorio y no tiene la intención ni debe interpretarse como un incentivo para influir en la decisión de los clientes de realizar una transacción de envío de dinero o de utilizar los servicios de DolEx.
La Promoción se llevará a cabo en cumplimiento de todas las leyes y regulaciones aplicables, incluidas las relacionadas con la protección del consumidor y las prácticas comerciales.
Las probabilidades de ganar dependerán del número total de participaciones elegibles recibidas, ya sea mediante una transacción calificada o una participación por correo.
- NOTIFICACIÓN AL GANADOR
Los ganadores serán notificados por teléfono utilizando la información proporcionada en el formulario de participación.
Si un ganador no puede ser contactado después de tres (3) intentos dentro de tres (3) días hábiles, perderá su derecho al premio y se seleccionará un ganador alterno.
Los ganadores tendrán 14 días para reclamar su premio.
Para reclamar el premio deberán presentar:
- Identificación válida con fotografía
- Formulario de liberación firmado
Los premios no reclamados serán confiscados sin compensación.

Cada premio consiste en: 1 televisor de 43 pulgadas
Valor aproximado por unidad: $250.00
Valor total aproximado de todos los premios: $42,500.00
Los premios:
- No son transferibles
- No pueden canjearse por dinero
- Están sujetos a disponibilidad

- CONDICIONES GENERALES
El Sorteo está sujeto a todas las leyes y reglamentos federales, estatales y locales aplicables.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de cancelar, suspender o modificar el Sorteo si no puede llevarse a cabo según lo previsto por cualquier motivo fuera del control razonable del Patrocinador, incluyendo, entre otros:
- casos de fuerza mayor
- actos de Dios (como desastres naturales)
- emergencias de salud pública (por ejemplo, pandemias)
- fraude
- fallas técnicas
- errores humanos
- o cualquier otra causa que afecte materialmente la integridad o el adecuado funcionamiento del Sorteo.
Si el Sorteo se cancela antes de su finalización, el Patrocinador podrá, a su entera discreción, seleccionar a los ganadores entre todas las participaciones elegibles y no sospechosas recibidas hasta el momento de la cancelación. En ningún caso se otorgarán más premios que los indicados en estas Reglas Oficiales.
Las Partes Exoneradas no asumen responsabilidad por correos electrónicos que no puedan ser entregados como resultado de cualquier filtrado de correo electrónico por parte de proveedores de servicios de Internet o de la falta de espacio disponible en la cuenta de correo electrónico del participante.
Las Partes Exoneradas no serán responsables por errores informáticos, de red, técnicos, de impresión, tipográficos, humanos u otros relacionados con el Sorteo, incluyendo, entre otros, errores que puedan ocurrir en relación con:
- la administración del Sorteo
- el procesamiento de participaciones
- el anuncio de los premios
- Cualquier material relacionado con el Sorteo.
El Patrocinador tampoco será responsable por participaciones o comunicaciones perdidas, retrasadas, mal dirigidas, incompletas, inexactas o transmitidas incorrectamente.
El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, de descalificar a cualquier persona que manipule el proceso de participación o el funcionamiento del Sorteo.
Cualquier intento, por parte de cualquier persona, de socavar deliberadamente el funcionamiento legítimo del Sorteo puede constituir una violación de las leyes civiles y penales. En caso de que se realice dicho intento, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de reclamar daños y perjuicios, incluidos los honorarios de abogados, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
El hecho de que el Patrocinador no haga cumplir alguna disposición de estas Reglas Oficiales no constituirá una renuncia a dicha disposición.
En caso de cualquier discrepancia o inconsistencia entre las divulgaciones u otras declaraciones contenidas en materiales promocionales y los términos establecidos en estas Reglas Oficiales, prevalecerán estas Reglas Oficiales.

- EXONERACIÓN
Al participar en el sorteo, los participantes y ganadores aceptan liberar y eximir de responsabilidad a DolEx Financial Services, LLC, sus afiliados, agentes, representantes, sucesores y cesionarios (las “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier reclamo o responsabilidad que surja de:
la participación en el sorteo
la aceptación o uso del premio
cualquier actividad relacionada con el premio
incluyendo, pero no limitado a:
- lesiones personales
- muerte
- daños a propiedad
- reclamos por publicidad
- difamación
- invasión de privacidad
- infracción de derechos de autor
- Infracción de marca o de propiedad intelectual.
El ganador será responsable de cualquier acción o reclamación relacionada con el uso del premio por parte de sus invitados.
- ELECCIÓN DE LA LEY
Estas Reglas Oficiales se regirán por las leyes del Estado de Texas.
Las reclamaciones no podrán resolverse mediante demandas colectivas.
Los participantes aceptan la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales estatales y federales de Texas.
Los daños recuperables se limitarán únicamente a los costos reales de participación, excluyendo los honorarios de abogados y los daños punitivos.

“Mother’s Day and Soccer 2026 – DolEx & Elektra” Promotion
- ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who meet the requirements outlined in these Official Rules (“Eligible Participants”).
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees of Barri Money Services, LLC
- DolEx agents and sub-agents
- Service providers
- Marketing agencies associated with this Promotion
- Immediate family members of any of the above – “Immediate family” includes spouse, ex-spouse, domestic partner, child, stepchild (whether natural or adopted), or parent.
- PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on May 1st 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) on May 31st 2026, (“Promotion Period”).
All times will be determined by the official time at DolEx’s corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.
Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.
- HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR MONEY TRANSFER NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or transaction will not increase your chances of winning.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.
- Entry with a DolEx Money Transfer Transaction
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants who complete a DolEx money transfer transaction at a participating DolEx location (a “Qualifying Transaction”) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
The transaction receipt will serve as confirmation of the automatic entry.
Each Qualifying Transaction must be completed separately and in accordance with DolEx’s terms and conditions. Only one (1) entry per person will be counted for purposes of this Promotion.
- Entry by Mail (Free Method of Entry)
NO PURCHASE OR MONEY TRANSFER NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
To enter the Sweepstakes without completing a Qualifying Transaction, participants may send a written entry including the following information:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- City, State, and ZIP code
- Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Email address
- Daytime telephone number including area code

Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted through this method.
Entries submitted through this method will have the same odds of winning as entries obtained through a Qualifying Transaction.
Entries must be received no later than May 31st 2026 to be eligible.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, or not received before the deadline will be considered invalid.
Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or not received.
All submitted materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
- RANDOM DRAWING
A random drawing to select the winners will be conducted on or about June 1st 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, whether submitted through a Qualifying Transaction or by mail entry.
The random drawing will be conducted by DolEx Financial Services or its designated representative, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
This is a random drawing and is not intended to influence, nor should it be interpreted as influencing, any customer’s decision to conduct a money transfer transaction or to use DolEx’s services.
This Promotion is conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection and fair promotional practices.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received, whether through qualifying transactions or mail entries.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by telephone using the contact information provided in their entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within three (3) business days, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize.
To claim a prize, winners must present:
- Valid photo identification
- A signed release form
- Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited without compensation.
- PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
All prizes are valued in U.S. Dollars.
There will be 170 prizes awarded.
Each prize consists of: 1 43in TV
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per unit: $250.00 USD
Total approximate value of all prizes: $42,500.00 USD
Prizes:
- Are not transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are subject to availability
- Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- force majeure
- acts of God (such as natural disasters)
- public health emergencies (such as pandemics)
- fraud
- technical failures
- human error
- or any other cause that may materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of termination. In no event will more prizes be awarded than the number stated in these Official Rules.
The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable email messages resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by an Internet service provider or for insufficient space in a user’s email account to receive email messages.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any computer, network, technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors related to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors that may occur in connection with:
- the administration of the Sweepstakes
- the processing of entries
- the announcement of prizes
- or any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor is also not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly transmitted entries or communications.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law, including attorneys’ fees.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and control.
The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prizes.
- RELEASE
By participating in the Promotion, participants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless DolEx Financial Services, its affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, causes of action, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal injury
- Death
- Property damage or loss
- Claims based on publicity rights
- Defamation
- Invasion of privacy
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
- Any other intellectual property claims.
The prize winner acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any actions, claims, or liabilities associated with the use of the prize by any guest.
- GOVERNING LAW
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action.
Participants irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Texas.
Participants agree that any claims should be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses, excluding attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances shall participants be entitled to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
- PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for the administration of the Promotion and handled in accordance with DolEx’s Privacy Policy, available at: www.dolex.com

Requests must be received no later than 1 month after the promotion ended (June 30th 2026).
